Description

HUDGINS DESIGN GROUP is a residential design firm based in the city of Laguna Beach, California specializing in high end contemporary residences across the US.

Duties & Responsibilities

· Participate in concept and schematic design using 3D modelling software.

· Prepare presentation quality graphics using various software.

· Manage and meet deadlines in a timely manner.

· Participate in design development using 3D Revit software.

· Prepare 3D project renderings of design concepts for clients and marketing.

· Coordinate effectively with design consultants.

· Prepare final interior design elevations and interior design decks for construction.

· Processing of project at various jurisdictions and acquiring necessary permits.

· Ensure all vital information and documentation is recorded and maintained.

· Provide support for any tasks required for the successful completion of the project.

Skills/Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
